How do I get my account set-up for billing/invoicing?
Prior to your first order, contact your Cintas Consultant or call Customer Service at 800.211.0314 to request a Credit Application. Send the completed Credit Application to the designated e-mail or fax number noted on the application. Upon approval,your account will be ready for invoicing.

How do I change my profile settings?
In the top navigation, click on Hello {your name}. Next, click on Profile Settings. Once there you can update your password and account profile information.

How do I correctly measure to ensure I am ordering the correct size?

How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to size chart on the product description page.

How do I care for my garment?

How do I define my design?

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order is received and again when it is processed and shipped. You may also log into your account on our website to view your current and past orders. You can contact Customer Service Monday – Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm CT.

How do I track my package?
When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail notification that contains the tracking number for your package(s). You can also click on Track Orders in the top navigation, then enter in order number and click on shipping information for carrier tracking numbers. You can contact Customer Service Monday – Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm CT.

How can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or changed because we begin processing immediately. For further inquiries please call us at 800.211.0314. Please have your order number ready when you call.

How do I return a garment?
Please refer to our Returns document for step by step instructions or you can contact Customer Service Monday – Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm CT.

Are any garments ineligible for returns?
Yes, items that are customized with either embroidery, personalization or other customizations are not eligible to be returned unless defective or due to a Cintas error.

Select the 'invoices and credits' link in the top navigation bar. Search for the applicable invoice and then click the 'pay now' link to get to the payment page where you can enter credit card information and process payment.
